Are you an engineering professional with experience in project management, facility maintenance, and construction-related projects?
We are looking for a Project & Maintenance Supervisor who will support the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company facilities while overseeing projects, contractors, and service providers.
In this role, you will help ensure that facility maintenance and improvement projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to established standards. You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors on repairs, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and other facility-related initiatives.
Oversee facility operations and maintenance activities, including regular inspections and timely response to maintenance requirements.
Support the planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
Manage and coordinate facility improvement, renovation, infrastructure upgrade, and modernization projects.
Supervise external contractors and service providers during facility repairs, upgrades, and renovation works.
Participate in vendor selection, contract coordination, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
Review and validate work orders, service reports, and other project and maintenance documentation.
Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and established facility standards.
Support safety audits, corrective actions, emergency preparedness, and proper documentation of maintenance and safety activities.
Coordinate project schedules, documentation, resource requirements, and other administrative requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions to improve facility performance, productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance activities.
Graduate of a relevant Engineering course.
Relevant experience in project engineering, facilities engineering, construction, building maintenance, or related engineering work.
Knowledge and practical experience in project management and facility operations & maintenance.
Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers.
Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance is an advantage.
Experience in building construction, renovation, or facility improvement projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance applicable to facility and project activities.
Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple project and maintenance activities while maintaining attention to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
