Job summary

Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc. in FPIP, Tanauan City, Batangas seeks an IE STAFF to analyze and improve production processes, manpower utilization, productivity, and overall operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will implement improvement themes related to 4M, create and review Standard Work, conduct stopwatch and operation analyses, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to share progress and drive measurable gains.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge about Lean Manufacturing.
• Candidate with IE experience in manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement improvement themes related to 4M in the assigned processes.
• Create, implement and review Standard work design based on SOP and process conditions/preconditions such as Takt time, Cycle time, Machine efficiency, Productivity, Quality, Cost and Safety.
• Conducts analysis and improvement using Stopwatch analysis, Operation analysis and continuous observation.
• Create timeline of detailed layout execution and share progress with related Cross-functional teams.

About the Role

Are you an engineering professional with experience in in process improve and optimization?

We are looking for a IE STAFF who will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, manpower utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, optimize resources, and improve overall manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement improvement themes related to 4M in the assigned processes.
