Job summary

ZETA WORLD REALTY INC. is seeking an Interior Designer to support residential development projects, creating practical, cost-conscious concepts for housing units, amenities and common areas.

You will collaborate with Architectural, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement and Construction teams to ensure designs are functional and aligned with budgets. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in interior design, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
• PRC-licensed Interior Designer preferred.
• Experience in residential or mass housing projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and interior detailing.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interior layouts, finishes, material specifications, and design concepts.
• Develop and maintain standard interior specifications for housing units and common areas.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation drawings.
• Assist in selecting and evaluating finishes, fixtures, furniture, and other interior materials.
• Coordinate with the Junior Architect, Engineers, Project Manager, Procurement, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections to verify implementation of approved interior designs and specifications.
• Review samples and mock-ups and recommend appropriate materials.
• Assist in ensuring that materials are functional, durable, available, and within project budget.
• Provide design recommendations that are appropriate for mass housing and large-scale residential developments.
• Assist in documentation, revisions, quantity/material take-offs, and project records.

About the role
