Qualifications

Job Summary

responsible for leading and overseeing interior design strategy, execution and detailing across all projects. This role ensure that all interior designs meet with brand’s aesthetics, function, sustainability and quality benchmarks while adhering to project parameters, budget and timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. DESIGN LEADERSHIP
   • a. Drive the overall interior design direction from concept to execution
   • b. Framing of proper design brief with approval from the management.
   • c. Interpret and integrate the brand philosophy, sustainability objectives and customer preferences into all design outputs.
   • d. Manage design development post – concept, including detailed drawings, material selections and 3D Visualizations.
   • e. Ensure all interior layouts comply with statutory regulations and design codes.
2. PROJECT EXECUTION & COORDINATION
   • a. Manage consultants and vendors to deliver quality design solutions on time and within the budget.
   • b. Assist in the execution of Interior Design including site coordination with the project team, PM & CM and contractors.
   • c. Assist in the construction mockups with the approval of the management.
   • d. Review all interior works Drawings and assess their constructability and code regulations.
3. QUALITY & VALUE ENGINEERING
   • a. Review and validate design submittals and ensure value engineering is achieved without compromising quality.
   • b. Control Quality for interior works at site with scheduled visits.
   • c. Minimize cost escalations through efficient planning and smart sourcing of materials and finishes.
4. TEAM & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
   • a. Collaborate closely with the Design Execution, Planning and Procurement Teams.
   • b. Build and manage a high performing Interior Design team; support their growth through structured performance management and L&D Programs.
   • c. Maintain string engagement with external consultants and suppliers to stay updated on trends and innovations.

Technical Competencies and Skills
