Job summary

Control Risks Group is seeking an Administrator – Operational Excellence to maintain accurate project administration data across multiple workstreams, ensuring repeatable processes and timely updates in D365 F&O. The role emphasizes attention to detail, structured follow-up and SLA-driven delivery within the Project Integrity team.

You will support intercompany data, billing readiness, and portal submissions, collaborating with colleagues to sustain reliable WIP and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with professional-level written and verbal communication.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling project, billing, client and financial data.
• Strong organisational skills to manage task queues and follow up on items within deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to investigate issues and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Project Assurance: setup and maintain project administration data, ensure accuracy of project setup and intercompany configuration.
• Transaction Assurance: process time, expenses and PO data; raise POs and ensure correct coding for billing.
• Portal Assurance: manage client portal submissions, monitor statuses and resolve rejections or errors.
• Ways of Working: follow SOPs, SLAs, and governance; balance workload and liaise with Team Lead and colleagues.
• Relevant Experience: experience in administration, finance operations, billing operations or shared services; familiarity with ERP systems like D365 F&O encouraged.
