The candidate should be proficient in PM frameworks (Scrum, PMP, Kanban), possess strong communication skills, and have CRM platform experience. Excellent business acumen and vendor management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of full-time project management experience in financial services.
• Willing to work on-site full time.
• CRM platform experience required.
• Familiar with Scrum, PMP, Kanban; certification preferred.
• Managed at least 2 large projects (>1 year, >30 people, > USD 5 million).
• Strong WBS, risk, issue, and dependency management knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in stakeholder management, planning, scheduling, scope, financials, and vendor management.
• Strong business acumen; able to prioritize under pressure.
• Detail-oriented; strong analytical/problem-solving.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure or similar is a plus.

• Must have CRM Platform experience




• Between 5 and 15 years of experience as full-time project manager (directly managing the team) in financial services




• Very conversant with different project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, PMP, Kanban) and preferably certified




• Demonstrated experience in managing minimally 2 large projects (> 1year, > 30 people, > USD 5mill)




• Good practical knowledge of developing WBS, Risk management, Issue management, Dependency management




• Excellent written/ verbal communication skills




• Project Management exposure must showcase experience in the following PM areas: o Stakeholder management o Planning and Scheduling o Issues and Risk Management o Scope / Requirements Management o Financial Management / Building a Business Case o Vendor Management




• Strong business acumen




• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment




• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
