Lindenrock Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion. You will lead site engineers and foremen, manage budgets, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
This role demands proactive leadership and strong communication to keep projects on schedule. Responsibilities include preparing BOMs, developing Gantt-based schedules, coordinating resources, and conducting regular site meetings
The Project-in-Charge (PIC) is responsible for the overall planning, supervision, and successful execution of multiple construction projects. The PIC ensures that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The PIC leads the project team, including Site Engineers and General Foremen, and is accountable for project planning, preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM), development of Gantt charts, coordination of resources, and overall site performance.
Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) for all assigned projects based on approved plans and specifications.
Develop and maintain project schedules using Gantt charts to establish clear timelines and milestones.
Check and review manpower allocation, materials, tools, and equipment request required for project execution.
Take full responsibility for the execution and completion of multiple projects.
Ensure projects are implemented according to approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Identify delays, conflicts, or issues affecting project progress and implement corrective actions.
Directly supervise Site Engineers and General Foremen across assigned projects.
Provide leadership, guidance, and technical direction to project teams.
Lead coordination between project teams, subcontractors and management.
Conduct regular site meetings with Site Engineers and Foremen to review progress and resolve issues.
Graduate of B.S. Architecture with PRC license
Preferably 2 years of experience in design and construction or equivalent
Able to use CADD Software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, STAAD), Microsoft Offices
