Job summary

Philippines HVAC Services Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a Project Manager for HVAC installations. You will lead on-site construction activities, coordinate with property management, and ensure timely completion of tasks related to HVAC projects.

You will manage personnel on-site, prepare materials, maintain communication with property management, monitor progress weekly, and escalate issues to keep projects flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in the principles of VRF systems or water-cooled systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling HVAC projects.
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Ability to assess and diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in addressing general air-conditioning equipment and system failures.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Weekly monitoring and reporting of the progress of the project.
• Report and escalation issues to management as needed to ensure smooth project flow.
