Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, with a particular focus on VRF and water-cooled systems. The ideal candidate will lead installation teams, ensure project completion, and provide high-quality service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of various HVAC equipment.
2. Coordinate effectively with the Project in Charge to update on project status and resolve any issues encountered during the project.
3. Take responsibility for the installation and maintenance of VRF air conditioning systems and water cooler systems.
4. Lead a team in the execution of installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
5. Conduct cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
6. Perform basic electrical circuit work as needed for HVAC systems.
7. Commission and decommission HVAC equipment as required.
8. Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
9. Report any issues encountered during projects to ensure successful completion.
10. Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
11. Assist with other coordination tasks as directed by the Project In Charge.

Job Requirements:

1. At least a high school graduate or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the service and repair of HVAC equipment.
3. Proficient in the principles of VRF systems and water-cooled systems.
4. Ability to assess and diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide effective solutions.
5. Experienced in handling general HVAC equipment and system failures.
6. Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
7. Ability to install and maintain air conditioning systems independently, and lead a small team.
8. Can speak and write English language.
9. NC2 Certificate is required.
