About the role

Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking an experienced and skilled Plumber to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Commonwealth, Quezon City, Metro Manila, this position plays a vital role in the successful execution of our construction projects. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across our various construction contracts. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all plumbing work meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications, contributing directly to the timely and quality completion of our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems on construction sites

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand plumbing requirements for each project

• Prepare and fit pipes, tubing, and fittings using appropriate tools and techniques

• Conduct regular inspections and testing of plumbing systems to ensure they comply with building codes and safety regulations

• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently to minimise project delays

• Collaborate with other trades and construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with overall project schedules

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each task

• Ensure all work sites are kept clean and organised, adhering to health and safety standards

• Identify and report potential safety hazards or defects to site supervisors and project management

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

What we're looking for

• Valid NCII

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in plumbing work within the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable in the Philippines

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

• Expertise in using plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe cutters, wrenches, and pressure testing equipment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a construction team

• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
