Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd invites an experienced Project-in-Charge to lead construction operations for a project in Lian, Batangas. You will oversee day-to-day execution, coordinate site activities, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans and schedules.

The role demands a Civil Engineering degree (preferably licensed), proven leadership in construction, and the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and resources across the site on a full-time, site-based assignment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or related engineering course.
• Preferably licensed Civil Engineer.
• Proven experience as Project-in-Charge or similar leadership role in construction.
• Strong experience in land development and horizontal construction.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operations and execution of the project.
• Oversee site activities, manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project works meet approved plans, specs, schedules, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with management, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve operational and construction-related concerns on site.
• Monitor productivity, resource utilization, and project requirements to ensure efficient site operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Prepare and submit project updates, accomplishment reports, and other required documentation.
• Identify potential project issues and implement appropriate solutions to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Lead and supervise the project team and ensure proper coordination among all personnel involved.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in land development and horizontal construction projects.
• in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
• Slope Protection
• Earthworks
• Golf Course Development
• Retaining Wall Construction
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Capable of managing site operations, project teams, subcontractors, and multiple construction activities.
• Willing to work on a full-time, site-based assignment in Lian, Batangas.
• Available for project-based employment.
