Job summary

Systech Lighting & Controls Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Construction Project Administrator to support the Project Manager in planning, management, and control of project scope, schedule, and budget.

You will review construction documents, assist with billing procedures, attend meetings with General Contractors and clients, and help develop design drawings and estimates. Strong documentation and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Overall support to the Project Manager with planning, management and control of project scope, schedule and budget including tracking and reporting and billing matters.
• Undertake technical reviews of construction documents, contractor submittals, work plans and as-built drawings.
• Assist in overseeing and ensure the proper documentation and procedures in billing.
• Responsible for attending meetings with General Contractors and Clients together with or in the absence of the Project Manager.
• Assists in developing technical specifications and assist with development of design drawings.
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop construction estimates.
• Responsible for the coordination of field work related to capital construction projects.
• Perform various Construction Administration tasks such as submittal review, submittal tracking, change order review change order tracking, and schedule review.
• Handles overall project documentation and reporting including weekly and monthly reports regarding project status.
• Oversees project close-out process including review of punch-lists, and Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&M) manuals.
• Oversees and handles turn-over of the project to General Contractor and/or Client.
• Responsible for monitoring the balance of materials and equipment as per MME.
• Other relevant tasks which may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
