Job summary

The role involves preparing plans using ACAD or traditional drafting, generating sales estimates for panels and roofing materials, and ensuring proper documentation. You will conduct project inspections, coordinate with sales, support during installation, attend meetings, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Driving skills and valid in construction field is an advantage.

Summary

• Prepares roof plan and estimates including cutting list, bended details and other accessories required thru the use of ACAD or conventional drafting for installation projects and/or whenever required.
• Prepares Sales Estimates for panels and roofing materials
  • Performs Project Management Functions by conducting the following:
  • Project inspection during installation and monitoring if necessary
• Project Supervision
  • Prepares technical reports on assigned projects and progress billings.
• Ensures all required documents and agreements are properly documented.
  • Provide Support during project installation
  • Attends various meetings regarding site issues or topics and respond to questions and inquiries from customer /owner.
• Serving the Notice of Completion upon completion of the project and the Customer Feedback
• Survey in compliance with the ISO documentation requirements.
  • Prepares installer's billings and contracts pertaining to company installed projects.
  • Provide technical assistance as requested by sales personnel.
  • Providing efficient customer service and communicating clearly and objectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Performs other tasks by superiors as deemed necessary for the attainment of company goals.
• Supports and demonstrates ownership of health and safety in his/her own area of responsibility.
