Job summary

23 Builders Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning to turnover on-site in the Philippines.

You will develop schedules, budgets, and work plans while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful, timely delivery. The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with 5+ years of PM experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional license as Civil Engineer or Architect.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Experience handling residential, commercial, or fit-out construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, cost estimation, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of project management and scheduling software is an advantage.
