Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on Analyst to support the full lifecycle of project-finance and M&A transactions, and to drive the team's financial models, due-diligence support and reporting. The role extends to investment and corporate planning / FP&A when needed.

The successful candidate will build and run analytics underpinning investment decisions, assist in advisory coordination, and contribute to market research and reporting across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Experience in renewables, M&A, or debt financing preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of M&A and project-finance transactions.
• Build and maintain project-finance-ready financial models with sensitivities and scenarios.
• Prepare valuations, information memoranda, and investment reports.
• Conduct strategic analyses, forecasts, and business cases for projects.
• Support FP&A deliverables including budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
