Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an Investment Analyst to develop, maintain, and enhance financial models across business units.

You will conduct financial, scenario, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making, translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management, and prepare investment memoranda and presentations for fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment analysis or related field.
• Experience in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models across various business units.
• Conduct financial, scenario, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, financial analyses, and other materials for fundraising activities.
• Develop clear and compelling investment narratives tailored to different investor audiences.
• Ensure all investor-facing materials are accurate, well-structured, and professionally presented.
• Coordinate and support end-to-end due diligence processes, managing information requests from investors and stakeholders.
• Maintain well-organized virtual data rooms and ensure timely availability of required documentation.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
• Prepare management and board-level reports, presentations, and financial updates.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with different business units to consolidate and analyze financial and operational data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create polished and visually compelling presentations.
• Experience using financial analysis tools, databases, and research platforms.
• Familiarity with virtual data room platforms is an advantage.
