Job summary

MASE HOLDINGS INC. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Investment & Development team in financial modeling, investment analysis, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic business development initiatives.

You will develop project-level models (DCF, IRR, DSCR), evaluate opportunities, prepare investor materials, support due diligence, and maintain investment documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required
2–5 years in relevant finance or IR roles
Experience in energy, infrastructure, or real assets preferred
Experience supporting fundraising and financial modeling advantageous
CFA Level I or II is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

Build and maintain project-level financial models (DCF, IRR, DSCR)
Develop HoldCo valuation and capital structure models
Model financing instruments (SAFEs, convertible notes, debt, revenue-based financing)
Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis
Prepare investor presentations, teasers, and investment memoranda
Coordinate due diligence requests with internal teams
Maintain investor pipeline databases and fundraising trackers
Manage virtual data rooms and maintain confidentiality
