Job summary

Datacom Philippines is seeking a Project Billing Specialist to support Billing Operations with strong analysis, reporting, and commercial insight. This senior role will handle complex projects, budgets, revenue recognition, and mentor the team.

The ideal candidate holds a CA/CPA or accounting degree, with at least two years in accounting or finance, and ERP experience (NetSuite or SuiteProjects Pro). Hybrid work in Manila is offered with competitive perks.

Qualifications

CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
A bachelors degree in Accounting is required.
Two years experience in an accounting or finance role.
Experience with ERP and project accounting systems such as NetSuite or SuiteProjects Pro.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to explain financial outcomes to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Project administration.
Project billing.
Project financials: budgets, billing rules, revenue recognition rules, WIP, and deferred revenue.
Review project setup in SuiteProjects Pro to ensure reporting accuracy.
Identify and investigate data issues impacting reporting quality.
Support Team Manager and Team Leads with financial acumen.
Collaborate with Project, Process & Reporting Analyst, Revenue Team, Finance, and stakeholders.
Contribute to improvements in reporting and data quality.
