Philtech Inc. is seeking a Project Accountant in the Philippines to handle the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, invoicing, and regular financial reporting to support period closings.

The role involves reviewing contractor information, validating spend and invoices, ensuring SOW accuracy, and maintaining audit-ready records. Collaboration with vendor partners and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• With knowledge and experience in any accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review Contractors HC information and report discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting in the HC Report.
• Validates the Spend Report and time tracking before invoicing.
• Validates invoices from the vendor and secures approvals via DocuSign.
• Ensures SOW details (rates, cost classification, cost center, budget) are accurate before approval.
• Handles discrepancies between contractor invoices and project records.
• Addresses inquiries and resolves issues related to Management within a less complex area.
• Maintain good relationships with vendor partners.
• Ensure timely processing of Project Chargeback.
