Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, 1–2 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks/Xero to maintain precise records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 1–2 years of general accounting experience.
• Experience in construction/real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track project expenses and keep accurate records.
• Prepare billing statements and manage client payments.
• Handle payroll for office and site staff.
• Process VAT, withholding tax, and government contributions.
• Maintain project documentation and generate monthly reports.
