Job summary

Jocson College Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mechanical Engineer for electro-mechanical construction projects in Batangas City. Fresh graduates with appropriate certification may apply, with 3–5 years experience preferred. The role requires plan interpretation, CAD skills, and knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and piping systems.

The candidate should be willing to relocate to Batangas City, with company-provided staff housing and readiness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or related field.
• Fresh graduate or entry-level suitable for Mechanical/Automotive specialization.
• Candidate must be licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Proficient in interpreting plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved design, specifications and materials for contracted mechanical or electrical projects.
• Interpret plans and specifications, assess material costs and manage contract administration.
• Assist in design and estimation tasks related to projects.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Utility and Piping systems.
• Familiar with CAD applications; computer literate.

Job description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical).
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Required certification(s): Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Required language(s): Englisha and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

Project Engineers are responsible in the implementation of approved design, specifications and materials of contracted mechanical or electrical projects.

Job Requirements:

Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer

With 3 to 5 year work experience in an Electro - Mechanical engineering construction company

Able to interpret plans and specification, cost of construction materials and contract administration

Experience in design and estimation works is an advantage

Knowledgeable of HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Utility and Piping system works

Knowledge of CAD application is also an advantage

Computer Literate

Independent and proactive, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset

Strong ability to work with accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic, high-volume, and time-sensitive environment

Willing to work overtime, including during holidays and weekends.

Willing to stay in company provided staff house
