Job summary

Design Coordinates, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a bachelor’s degree and a valid license to join our construction team in Metro Manila. The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in MEFPS and HVAC systems.

Experience with elevator and escalator maintenance is a plus, and industrial projects and construction management exposure are valued. Must be willing to start ASAP and work in Metro Manila and Calabarzon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with current credentials.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of MEFPS and HVAC systems required.
• Experience with MEFPS systems (3+ years) and HVAC (3+ years).
• Elevator/escalator maintenance experience is a plus.
• Background in construction management and industrial projects preferred.
• Experience with foreign clients and high-rise condominiums is valued.
• Willing to start ASAP and work in Metro Manila and Calabarzon.

• With a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the construction industry.
• Knowledgeable in MEFPS and HVAC work.
• Must have three (3) years of experience in MEFPS systems.
• Must have three (3) years of experience in HVAC systems.
• Having experience in elevator and escalator maintenance is a plus.
• With experience in construction management and experience in industrial projects, handling foreign clients and high - rise condomium project
