Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee land development works for residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project monitoring, contractor coordination, quality assurance, progress reporting, and ensuring the timely completion of construction activities in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise land development works.

• Ensure completeness of project requirements, including plans, BOM, NTP, and contracts

• Monitor project progress, contractor performance, and work quality.

• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities.

• Monitor manpower, materials, deliveries, and inventory.

• Review contractor billings and accomplishment reports.

• Coordinate inspections, testing, project turnover, and utility connections.

• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Preferrably a Licensed Civil Engineer

• Preferrably with at least 1-2 years experience in housing or residential projects

• Computer Literate, especially in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with ZWCad & SAP Software.

• Willing to work on Saturday duty.

• Preferably residing in Tarlac City or willing to relocate.

• Cas start ASAP.
