Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage horizontal construction works

• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and work programs

• Prepare and process progress billings, including quantity take-offs and accomplishment reports

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and company policies

• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, cost, and timelines

• Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and project documentation

• Assist in cost control, variation orders, and project close-out activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction projects

• Proven experience in preparing progress billing and accomplishment reports

• Knowledgeable in construction methods, cost estimates, and project documentation

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and basic engineering software

• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Collaborate closely with other engineers, management, and business partners to meet technical and contractual project goals.

• Ensure that all project documentations, including status reports, schedules, and post-project reviews, are clear and accurate.

• Oversee estimation of resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

• Must be willing to be deployed to San Pablo, Laguna.
