Responsibilities

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of awarded company construction projects.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the team and subcontractors.
• Interacting with clients, understanding needs, and representing the company in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on project status.
• Cooperating with the project manager and engineers to improve project methods and profitability.
• Reviewing engineering tasks and initiating corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for equipment needed on the project.
• Creating frameworks to measure project metrics and data collection.
• Ensuring compliance with construction-related safety standards.
• Other duties assigned by management.

The position is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project. The jobs primary goal to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.

Job Requirements

• Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Less than a year’s experience in project management work (with mechanical or electro-mechanical scopes)
• Fresh graduates are welcome as long as interested in site project management
• Must have an updated driver’s license (2 wheels / 4 wheels)
• Resident of Muntinlupa/ Laguna preferred.
