Job summary

Architecks Metal Systems, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Project Supervisor with a BS Civil Engineering to oversee ACP, DNSD, and AISSI systems on construction sites.

You will measure, inspect sites, monitor progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and in-house installers to ensure compliance with client specifications. You will prepare materials, monitor project finances, submit weekly reports, and attend site coordination meetings.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering degree required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Conduct actual measurement for ACP, DNSD, AISSI.
• Inspect jobsite prior to mobilization and analyze scaffold systems to be used.
• Monitors and supervises assigned projects for ACP, DNSD, AISSI.
• Prepares and requests materials for ongoing projects.
• Provide project monitoring reports.
• Handles preparation of files for newly closed contracts.
• Attends jobsite coordination meetings.
• Ensures subcontractors or in-house installers perform per client specs.
• Requests on-time materials or labor for project expenses (cash advances).
• Ensures timely liquidation of cash advances for projects.
• Submit reports on progress of all assigned projects (written or verbal).
• Ensure all project concerns are diligently addressed.
• Monitor and evaluate project accomplishment reports for client sign-off weekly.

• Ensures that all materials or labor needed at the jobsite especially cash advances for project expenses are properly requested on time

• Ensures that all cash advances for projects are properly liquidated on time

• Submit reports written or verbal pertaining to the progress of all assigned projects

• Must make sure that all projects concerns were diligently addressed

• Monitors and evaluate project accomplishment report to be signed by client weekly, both for subcon follows all company policies and instructions

• Strictly monitors and report subcon both positive and negative. Must make sure that subcon follows

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering

• With knowledge in AutoCAD
