Job summary

The role offers growth toward a Project Manager position, with on‑site work in Metro Manila. A Civil Engineering degree is required; licensure is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred but not required.
• 4–7 years of construction experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, roads, drainage, pipeline, or water utility projects is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Metro Manila projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with foremen and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and assisting in project documentation.
