The Project and Technical Support Engineer (PTSE) is responsible for the planning, coordination, technical evaluation, supervision, and monitoring of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, fit-out works, repairs, renovations, and asset enhancement initiatives across the property portfolio and other assigned properties.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Project Management and Technical Services
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and supervise all assigned Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), asset enhancement, repair, renovation, and improvement projects across Supima-managed properties and other assigned sites.
- Manage projects from initiation to turnover, including scope validation, feasibility assessment, budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, quality assurance, and project close-out.
- Technical Audit and Property Assessment
- Conduct periodic technical audits and condition assessments of common areas, building systems, amenities, back-of-house facilities, and infrastructure assets.
- Perform technical inspections of tenant premises to verify compliance with approved plans, fit-out guidelines, lease requirements, and property standards.
- Construction, Renovation and Fit-Out Supervision
- Review tenant fit-out plans, engineering drawings, method statements, construction schedules, and related documents for compliance with property standards, lease provisions, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise tenant and landlord construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, permits, quality standards, and project specifications
- Property Engineer Support
- Provide technical and engineering support to Property Management Operations on matters affecting building systems, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Participate in condition assessments and engineering evaluations of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Structural, Vertical Transportation, and Building Automation Systems.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Provide technical and engineering support to Property Management Operations on matters affecting building systems, facilities, and infrastructure.

- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
- Ensure compliance of all assigned projects and engineering activities with applicable building codes, engineering standards, environmental regulations, fire and life safety requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate permit applications, inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and regulatory approvals with relevant government agencies and authorities.
- Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with clients, property managers, tenants, consultants, contractors, service providers, and regulatory authorities.
- Attend and represent the Property Management Team in project meetings, technical reviews, site inspections, and client presentations.
Job Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
- With licensed as Electrical Engineer
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, property management, building operations, technical audits, or engineering services.
- Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan
- Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays
