Job summary

Multi Development and Construction Corporation (MDCC) is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team and lead fit-out projects within and beyond Metro Manila. You will manage planning, coordination, and execution to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong project management, and proficiency in reading drawings and applying building codes. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure constructability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to the industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

Responsibilities
