  • Coordinate daily site activities with dredging contractors, marine engineers, survey teams, environmental specialists, and construction personnel.
  • Supervise dredging operations and monitor compliance with approved methodologies, specifications, environmental permits, and safety requirements.
  • Support the mobilization, operation, and monitoring of dredging equipment, including cutter suction dredgers, backhoe dredgers, grab dredgers, barges, and associated marine plant.
  • Review dredging plans, method statements, technical submittals, risk assessments, and construction schedules.
  • Monitor dredging productivity, equipment utilization, material quantities, and progress against project milestones.
  • Coordinate and review bathymetric surveys, dredging quantity calculations, sediment assessments, and progress measurements.
  • Assist in managing disposal, containment, or beneficial reuse of dredged materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Support the construction and monitoring of temporary and permanent marine structures including sheet pile cofferdams, wharfs, jetties, marine access facilities, and waterfront support infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with civil, geotechnical, environmental, marine, and construction teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, safety, environmental compliance, and construction performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly engineering reports, progress updates, and construction documentation.
  • Support testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities associated with dredging and marine works.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or a related discipline; PRC License preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in dredging, marine construction, waterfront infrastructure, hydropower, port, or heavy civil construction projects; 10+ years preferred.

  • Experience with sheet pile cofferdam construction, wharfs, jetties, quay walls, marine access structures, or similar waterfront infrastructure is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with dredging methodologies, equipment selection, productivity monitoring, and marine construction practices.
  • Knowledge of bathymetric surveys, dredging quantity calculations, sediment management, and marine geotechnical considerations.
  • Understanding of environmental controls and permitting requirements associated with dredging activities.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, marine equipment operators, and multidisciplinary construction teams.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and construction reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical coordination skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in marine, coastal, riverine, reservoir, or water‑based construction environments is an advantage.
  • Willing to work 100% onsite and be assigned to either Rizal or Laguna project locations.
