Project Planning
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Project Execution
- Oversee the implementation of waste management projects, including waste collection, sorting, recycling, and disposal operations.
- Manage project teams, including staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
Resource Management
- Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor resource usage and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and schedule.
Budget and Cost Control
- Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor project expenses and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial targets are met.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all project activities comply with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential risks or issues.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and reports, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Quality Assurance
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Address any quality issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project integrity.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.
Problem-Solving
- Identify and resolve project-related issues, including operational, logistical, or technical challenges.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
Project Closeout
- Oversee the successful completion and closeout of projects, ensuring all deliverables are finalized and client requirements are met.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil works; experience in dredging, waste management, or environmental engineering projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
- Experience in dredging.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations (DENR, EMB) and waste management best practices.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work in Parañaque Area and to be assigned in any sites.
