Job summary

CDCC is seeking a Resident Engineer (Cost & Schedule) to monitor and update budget and construction cost/schedule. The role requires an engineering degree, Civil Engineer licensure, and proven experience in cost and scheduling within construction.

You will manage master schedules, track costs, and coordinate with the project team to keep projects on track. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Project, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Licensure as Civil Engineer.
• Experience in construction with focus on cost & scheduling.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update project cost and schedule.
• Prepare master schedule using MS Excel and/or MS Project.
• Prepare weekly reports on construction cost and schedule.
• Establish the baseline cost and schedule.
• Control costs and analyze variances.
• Identify major cost drivers and propose solutions to budget constraints.
• Notify Project-In-Charge regarding budget status.
• Conduct cost reconciliation with Project Accountant.
• Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to ensure accuracy of data.
