Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Project Engineer (Cost & Schedule) to monitor and update budget, cost, and schedule for construction projects. The role involves preparing master schedules, weekly cost/schedule reports, and baseline plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering background, certification as a Registered Civil Engineer, and at least 3 years in construction. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Possession of professional certifications (i.e., Registered Civil Engineer).
• Proficiency with cost estimation, cost control, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
• Experience in construction industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master schedule using Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Project.
• Prepare weekly report on construction cost and schedule.
• Prepare the baseline cost and schedule.
• Analyze construction cost based on actual and anticipated cost.
• Monitor major cost drivers and advise on budget constraints.
• Coordinate with Project Accountant for cost data accuracy.
