Job summary

Kit Properties Inc. seeks a Project Engineer – Civil, Port, and Marine Infrastructure to supervise civil, port, and dredging work and to coordinate multidisciplinary teams on site in Iloilo City.

You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules, while monitoring costs and safety with a focus on quality. The role involves reporting to the Project Manager and guiding engineers and inspectors on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
• 5–10 years of experience in civil, port, marine, or dredging projects.
• Strong skills in construction supervision and project coordination.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, cost, and schedule monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil, structural, dredging, port, and marine infrastructure construction activities.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, engineering standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement recovery actions to meet milestones.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with ITPs, testing requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material utilization to support cost control and minimize wastage.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental requirements and promote a zero-incident culture.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, laboratories, and authorities.
• Provide timely progress updates and reports to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
