Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Project and Technical Support Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise CAPEX projects across Meycauayan properties. You will oversee feasibility, budgeting, and contractor coordination from initiation to turnover.

Requirements include a BS in Electrical Engineering and a valid Electrical Engineer license, with 1–3 years in project management or building services. Work is full-time on-site in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer status required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, or building operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and supervise CAPEX, asset enhancement, repairs, renovations across properties.
• Manage projects from initiation to turnover: scope validation, budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, QA, close-out.
• Conduct periodic technical audits and condition assessments of building systems and facilities.
• Inspect tenant premises to verify compliance with approved plans, lease requirements and standards.
• Review tenant fit-out plans and construction documents for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, testing, commissioning with authorities and service providers.
