CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project and Technical Support Engineer to oversee CAPEX and asset enhancement initiatives across multiple properties.

The role encompasses planning, coordination, technical evaluation, and supervision of renovations, repairs, and fit-out activities to uphold property standards and comply with regulations. The candidate will conduct technical audits, manage budgets and schedules, review construction documents, and provide engineering support to Operations teams.

Formación

• Experience managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects across property portfolios.
• Ability to assess feasibility, budgets, schedules, and contractor coordination.
• Familiarity with building systems and technical audits is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, monitor and supervise CAPEX, asset enhancement, repairs, and renovations across sites.
• Manage projects from initiation to turnover: scope validation, budgeting, scheduling, QA, close-out.
• Conduct periodic technical audits and condition assessments of building assets and tenant premises.
• Review tenant fit-out plans and ensure compliance with standards and lease requirements.
• Provide technical support to Property Management Operations on building systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, property managers, tenants, consultants, and authorities for project meetings and reviews.
