Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Project and Technical Support Engineer to plan, coordinate, evaluate technically, supervise, and monitor CAPEX projects, fit-outs, repairs, renovations, and asset enhancements across the property portfolio in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

You will manage projects from initiation to turnover, conduct technical inspections, ensure compliance with plans and standards, and coordinate with tenants, contractors, and authorities while supporting Property Management Operations.
