Job summary

Iqor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, monitor, and govern multiple facilities, construction, fit-out, and CAPEX projects across the organization. You will serve as the central point for project execution, governance, and reporting, ensuring on-time delivery within approved budgets and scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline as listed.
• Professional license (PRC) is preferred; Licensed Civil Engineer or Electrical Engineer is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or construction management.
• Experience managing end-to-end construction or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with trackers, dashboards, executive reporting, and CAPEX projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of multiple construction, fit-out, facilities, and CAPEX projects.
• Maintain visibility of all active, ongoing, and pipeline projects.
• Ensure each project has owners, timelines, milestones, budgets, and updated status reports.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and implementation timelines.
• Track progress, identify delays, risks, and escalation items.
• Coordinate with owners, stakeholders, contractors, consultants, landlords, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets and monitor CAPEX utilization, approvals, and progress.
• Prepare and review scopes, BOQ, specs, quotations, and documentation.
• Supervise contractors to ensure QA/QC, safety, and schedules.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and risk summaries.
• Maintain governance records and reporting templates.
• Support audits with organized project docs.
• Promote continuous improvements to PM processes.
