Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Project and Technical Support Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise CAPEX projects across its property portfolio in Meycauayan, Bulacan. The role requires a licensed Electrical Engineer and 1–3 years’ experience in project management or building operations.

You will conduct technical audits, review tenant fit-outs, support operations, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising CAPEX, asset enhancement, and renovation projects.
• Experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Familiarity with building systems, facilities management, and mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) domains.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and supervise CAPEX, asset enhancement, repairs, renovations across properties.
• Manage projects from initiation to turnover including scope validation, budgeting, scheduling, and close-out.
• Conduct periodic technical audits and condition assessments of building systems and assets.
• Perform inspections of tenant premises to verify compliance with approved plans and standards.
• Review tenant fit-out plans, drawings, method statements, and schedules for compliance.
• Supervise tenant and landlord construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and permits.
• Provide technical support to Property Management Operations on building systems.
• Participate in condition assessments and engineering evaluations of MEP, Fire Protection, and BAS.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate permit applications, inspections, testing, and regulatory approvals with authorities.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, property managers, tenants, consultants, and contractors.
• Attend and represent the Property Management Team in project meetings and site inspections.
