Job summary

Subic Bay Freeport Grain Terminal Services Inc. seeks a licensed Civil Engineer for a 5-month project-based assignment in Kibulda, Cagayan de Oro.

You will oversee maintenance planning, provide drawings and cost estimates, and supervise ongoing and new warehouse construction projects on site. Requirements: Civil Engineering degree, active PE license, at least 1 year in warehouse maintenance/construction, and knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active civil engineer license.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and construction of warehouses.
• Knowledgeable in building maintenance, occupational health and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Checks and proposes building maintenance routine and upgrades.
• Provide engineering support (drawings, estimates, project planning) for expansion and development.
• Supervise ongoing and new construction projects.
• Cost monitoring and documentation; track expenditures and verify contractor billings.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental standards; conduct toolbox meetings and safety audits.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Checks and proposes building maintenance routine and upgrades
• Provide engineering assistance (drawings, estimates, project planning) for the company's expansion and development
• Supervise ongoing and new construction projects
• Cost monitoring and documentation - tracks project expenditures, verifies contractor billings, and ensures materials and labor are within the approved budget
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all work with occupational health and environmental standards. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety audits, and corrective action follow-ups to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 1 year of experience in maintenance and construction of warehouses
• Knowledgeable in building maintenance and construction of warehouses, and occupational health and environmental standards.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Willing to start as Project-based employment for 5 months
• Willing to work at Kibulda, Cagayan De Oro
• Willing to start ASAP
