Job summary

A construction firm in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced construction manager. This role will oversee project productivity, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors. Candidates must have a BS/MS degree in Engineering and a PRC license, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant experience in office fit-outs or refurbishments. The position also requires familiarity with local building codes and safety standards, making it crucial for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in office fit-out, refurbishments or construction.
• Familiar with National Building Code, Fire Code, Design Codes & OSHA standards.
• Knowledge of National Building Code, Fire Code, Design Codes and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities
