Job summary

CONCEPT2SPACE CONSTRUCTION CORP. is seeking a Project Engineer for a project-based assignment in Cagayan de Oro City.

The role involves supervising and monitoring construction activities to ensure work is completed according to plans and specs, and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree, preferably with a PE license, and have experience in site supervision, planning, and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• Experience supervising construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Familiar with steel formworks.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and other project personnel.
• Review and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Monitor the quality and progress of construction work.
• Familiarize and oversee the proper use and installation of steel formworks.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues and construction-related problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
