Job summary

Aidea is seeking a Project Engineer to lead multiple projects through planning, development, and execution from inception to closeout. You will support business and marketing strategies while ensuring quality and timely delivery in a construction-focused environment.

The role requires coordinating with diverse teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with applicable codes and standards. Pampanga-resident candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
• Valid professional license in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in multi-disciplinary project management.
• Broad experience in construction projects and closeout.
• Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on-time and within budget while meeting performance and quality standards.
• Plan, design, and manage multiple project typologies.
• Establish, implement, and monitor project resources and skills.
• Support in selecting project team members and resource allocation.

Project Engineer will be responsible for managing multiple projects and resources from planning, development, and execution throughout the building lifecycle. They will provide support in the business and marketing strategies of the company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and deliver projects on-time and within budget while meeting performance and quality standards
• Plan, design, and manage multiple project typologies
• Establish, implement, and monitor project resources including setups, standards, and skill assessment within the management coverage
• Facilitate the assignment of project team members by supporting in the selection of members ensuring efficient allocation of common resources and skills within the project
• Manage the communication and coordination of technical issues with external project teams
• Accountable for quality control of design, process, and contract documents
• Manage due diligence activities and ensure that project is in compliance with codes and regulations
• Support the clients in preparation of documents for the application permits
• Manage and organize project correspondences
• Support in project billing coordination and follow ups
• Manage the preparation of contract documents and specifications for projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Comprehensive knowledge of building design, architectural systems, and applicable codes
• Intermediate skills in the use of applicable software
• Knowledge in ArchiCAD/Revit modelling and construction documentation
• Knowledge and experience in coordinating Engineering Design and other Specialty Services
• Ability to establish relationship with new clients and nurture relationships with existing clients
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to function efficiently without supervision

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Must hold a valid Professional License in the related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, resources, and overseeing projects from inception to completion and closeout
• Broad and significant exposure in construction
• Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby location.
