Job summary

Zenith United Electric Corp is seeking a technical consultant in Metro Manila to support Sales teams and customers with product presentations, troubleshooting, and field service. The role includes preparing designs, BOMs, and project costing using CAD and lighting software; conducting client visits and inspections; and coordinating installations and maintenance tasks.

You will monitor PMS schedules, track spare parts and tools, and perform market research to inform product recommendations based

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation, product presentations, and troubleshooting support to Sales teams and customers
• Prepare technical designs, layouts, Bill of Materials (BOM), and project costing using CAD and lighting calculation software
• Conduct client visits, site assessments, and pre-/post-installation inspections
• Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on customer and project requirements
• Assist and supervise product installation, testing, commissioning, repairs, and maintenance
• Coordinate installation schedules, materials, tools, technicians, and customers
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) schedules and technical requirements
• Monitor spare parts and technical tools needed for projects and service activities
• Conduct market and product research and provide recommendations based on customer feedback and market demand
• Submit weekly activity schedules and quarterly accomplishment reports
