Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities and site operations.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, estimates, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, field technicians, and internal departments.
• Supervise and monitor project implementation to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress and quality.
• Ensure activities are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Review manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
• Monitor project costs and assist in preparing project billing and supporting documents.
• Identify project issues, delays, and technical concerns and recommend solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, accomplishment reports, site reports, and other project documentation.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Knowledgeable in project planning, site supervision, documentation, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct field work and travel to various project sites.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team.
