Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1–2 years of project engineering or field experience, with knowledge in telecommunications, facilities maintenance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of project engineering or field experience preferred.
• Knowledge in telecommunications, facilities maintenance, electrical/mechanical/construction projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities and site operations.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, estimates, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, field technicians, and internal departments.
• Supervise and monitor project implementation to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress and quality.
• Ensure activities are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Review manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
• Monitor project costs and assist in preparing project billing and supporting documents.
• Identify project issues, delays, and technical concerns and recommend solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, accomplishment reports, site reports, and other project documentation.
