Job Summary

The Project Engineer role includes are the following task of architectural design and drafting, project estimating, technical coordination, project monitoring, site and structural inspections, procurement, budget control, permit processing, contractor and client coordination. In this position ensures that all projects are managed efficiently, comply with company standards and regulatory requirements, and are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction and renovation projects from initiation through completion.
• Prepare architectural plans, floor plans, lot plans, site development plans, perspective drawings/renderings, and other technical drawings using CAD software
• Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, accomplishment reports, and project documentation.
• Process and follow up permits, licenses, contractor requirements, and regulatory approvals - Source, canvass, evaluate, and procure construction materials and services.
• Prepare Purchase Requests (PRS) and monitor material deliveries and inventory.
• Maintain complete engineering, technical, procurement, and property records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Perform other engineering, technical coordination, estimating, architectural design, procurement, and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least has 2 to 3 years related experience.
• Preferably with PRC License but not necessary.
• Proven experience in project engineering or project management within a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
• Has strong leadership-style.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools and AutoCAD.
