Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, design drawings, and progress reports
• Analyze project requirements and identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve technical issues
• Monitor project performance metrics and conduct regular quality assurance reviews to maintain compliance with industry standards
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and resource allocation plans for assigned projects

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle management, and quality assurance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering documents
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
