Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking a delivery lead for telecom wireless projects. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with Converge, and ensure on-time, on-quality execution.

Requirements include 8+ years in telecom projects with 3+ years in PD/PM roles, hands-on Converge project delivery, and strong customer-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• Converge project delivery experience (hands-on).
• 8+ years telecom project experience, with 3+ years in PD/PM/Delivery Lead roles.
• Solid experience in wireless/RAN projects (rollout, expansion, modernization).
• Strong customer-facing communication skills; able to work directly with Converge.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary delivery interface to Converge, handling progress reporting, issue escalation, and milestone acceptance.
• Manage project schedule, cost, quality, and risks; drive corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate internal teams (Engineering, RAN, Site, Quality, SCM) and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Converge processes, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and site delivery progress.
