Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily telecom operations and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.


• Monitor service delivery, team performance, and compliance with SLAs and operational targets.


• Coordinate with internal teams, field engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.


• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables while providing regular operational updates.


• Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, dashboards, and project records.


• Monitor resource allocation and support manpower planning to meet project requirements.


• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.


• Support project implementation, customer escalations, and other operational requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.


• At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in Telecom Operations, Project Management, NOC, Service Delivery, or Managed Services.


• Strong understanding of telecom operations, service delivery processes, SLA management, and performance monitoring.


• Experience coordinating with field operations, technical teams, vendors, and customers.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with telecom ticketing or project management systems is an advantage.


• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced telecom environment.
